RETURNS, EXCHANGES + WARRANTIES

 

NEW FIDELITY ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your new purchase.
Prior to the return of any product to New Fidelity for any reason, New Fidelity must be contacted and approval sought. Any products being returned without this prior approval, will not be received.
Any product that has been specially ordered for you, is a one-off special, discontinued line or not usually carried in back-up stock cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact New Fidelity to determine if this applies.
If you decide that your purchase is unsuitable/you have changed your mind, the item must be returned to New Fidelity unopened and unused in as-new re-sellable condition within 14 days of receipt in exchange for an item of equal price or higher. This does not apply to any product that has been specially ordered for you, is a one-off special, discontinued line or not usually carried in back-up stock.  You will be responsible for the return freight and insurance costs.
A refund may be possible in some circumstances but a re-stocking fee at the discretion of the Manager plus freight costs will be charged. Please contact New Fidelity to determine if this applies.

WARRANTIES

All products supplied by New Fidelity are covered by the manufacturer’s or wholesale importer’s warranty. All product warranties are back-to-base and cover manufacturing defects only. Warranties do not cover mis-use or commercial applications. If a product is proved to be faulty within the first 30 days of receipt, it will be exchanged for a replacement of the same model if available otherwise the nearest alternative will be substituted within reason. Under these circumstances, New Fidelity will pay for freight in both directions. Please note, the product must be returned in as-new condition with all packaging and accessories otherwise it will be treated as a repair. All warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer or wholesale importer and not by New Fidelity.
