Garrett Mills
Principal – Retail, Design + Installation Divisions

Garrett has spent his entire working career of over 20 years in the specialist retail and custom integration industries, previously spending over a decade as Proprietor and Manager of one of Sydney's premier Hi-Fi and Home Theatre specialist retailers. Since opening New Fidelity in Balmain 10 years ago, Garrett has consolidated this experience in the unique offering of our world-class retail showroom that New Fidelity custom-built and opened in 2010.

A graduate of The School of Audio Engineering, Garrett has qualifications in Audio Engineering and Music Production; he is also a CEDIA Certified Instructor. Garrett's dedication to superior customer service, his extensive technical knowledge and professionalism together with his commitment to the future of Australian Specialist A/V and Custom Installation has cemented New Fidelity as a cornerstone of these industries and given the company an enviable reputation for its honesty, quality workmanship and ability to deliver on time and on budget.

Garrett was a Board Member of the Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association (CEDIA) Asia Pacific and served as CEDIA President for two years overseeing considerable industry change and growth.

David Bradbury
Installation Technician + Programmer

David fulfils a complex role for New Fidelity dispersed across a wide range of technologies and skills, and brings a wealth of onsite knowledge and experience to our Installation Division. David is a qualified Audio Engineer, Cable Installer and Systems Programmer and is responsible for the one of the most important parts of New Fidelity’s business – the workmanship that goes on in our clients’ homes.

David’s ability to think outside the square finding creative solutions to tackle onsite challenges together with his calm, straight forward approach will ensure an exceptional end result.

David is also very passionate about professional audio and regularly works as an audio engineer for live venues in his limited spare time.

Adrian Paul
Installation Technician + Electrician

Adrian (AJ) is a qualified electrician and brings this vital trade to our team. Together with many years’ experience on building sites, AJ is extremely passionate about audio visual and his role at New Fidelity uniquely combines the two.

AJ is an experienced smart-home cabler and is heavily involved in all our larger projects.

Louise Mills
Office Manager

Louise holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from University of Technology Sydney and came on board with New Fidelity in 1995 bringing extensive product marketing, customer service and business administration experience and skills to the company. Louise's interest in entertainment and lifestyle technologies brings an all-important female perspective to the New Fidelity team. Louise's attention to detail is well used in taking care of all financial dealings with our suppliers and is uniquely combined with her role of graphic designer for the company.
